Hi, I’m Jennie! I’m a born and raised Seattleite and I lived in Alaska for seven years, working as a guide. I spend 8-10 weeks a year in Alaska working as a guide and my skill is in understanding what’s most important to you and planning YOUR perfect itinerary for YOUR crew. I’ve traveled all over the state (including super remote Gates of the Arctic National Park) and helped many travelers have the Alaska Adventure of a lifetime!

Please just plan it all for me! – Custom Itineraries

If you want an expert to plan the whole thing for you and all you have to do is book it, a custom itinerary is for you!

The first step is for you to complete the Travel Questionnaire and then I’ll send you a planning agreement and invoice.

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, telling me everything that’s important to you (including dates of your trip, group size, accommodations needed, how you like to travel, etc), we’ll set up a Zoom call to talk it through and for me to get to know your needs a bit more. This will also give us a chance to talk about trade offs with your budget and where you want to spend your money. I’ve found this improves the first draft of your itinerary by a lot and saves us both time in the long run.

After that, I’ll put together the first draft of your itinerary for you and your crew to review. Once you review it and give me your feedback I will build the final version of your itinerary and send it to you! You’ll also get a customized packing list for your itinerary.

Finally, you book it! I highly recommend booking as soon as you receive your itinerary to ensure maximum availability and accuracy of pricing information.
